Role & Responsibilities
- Create and assess monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports, offering suggestions to enhance financial performance while utilizing accounting knowledge.
- Examine all account reconciliations and coordinate with affiliated companies.
- Compile and submit the annual tax report, including PND 50 and 51.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements for both the Company and its subsidiaries.

Content Creator
Role & Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and updating content for company websites, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LINE Official and marketing materials.
- Assisting marketing team with the design of promotional materials.
- Collaborating with PR and Marketing departments to align content strategies with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Monitoring the latest trends and content patterns on Social.
- Managing Social media, LINE Official and TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy Media and TikTok.

Merchandiser Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In charge of merchandising of assigned brands.
- Monitor and analyze sales statistics, fashion trend, customers’ need, competitors and inventory.
- Manage inventory level and movement based on data history and sales forecast in order to drive sales and sell-Thru.
- Forecast profits and sales, and optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas

This role will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and finished goods for apparel, bags, and footwear from China, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the product development process to meet our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Source raw materials and finished goods (apparel, bags, footwear) from suppliers in China.
