Content Creator
Role & Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, and updating content for company websites, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LINE Official and marketing materials.
- Assisting marketing team with the design of promotional materials.
- Collaborating with PR and Marketing departments to align content strategies with overall brand messaging and goals.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Monitoring the latest trends and content patterns on Social.
- Managing Social media, LINE Official and TikTok calendar, scaling posting cadence, and remaining consistent to drive results.
- Light copywriting for captions. Deep knowledge of hashtag and engagement strategy Media and TikTok.
- Manage Livestreaming schedule to align with marketing promotion calendar.
- Other tasks per assigned by Superior.
Qualifications:
- Graduated with bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Communication, marketing or any related fields
- Proficient with communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs
- Good creativity skill
- Passionate about delivering memorable experiences to customers through the creation of content
- An active and engaging public social media presence
Merchandiser Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In charge of merchandising of assigned brands.
- Monitor and analyze sales statistics, fashion trend, customers’ need, competitors and inventory.
- Manage inventory level and movement based on data history and sales forecast in order to drive sales and sell-Thru.
- Forecast profits and sales, and optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas
- Timely submit sales and analysis reports to management and principal.
- Monitor and analyze fashion trend, historical data, sales &stock, market share, product pricing and competitors.
- Conduct product training for retail staffs on brand and product knowledge.

Qualification:
- Passionate in Fashion
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or Merchandising (Retail experience preferred)
- Good command in Thai and English computer skills; MS Office (especially Excel and Power point), Internet, etc.
Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by recommending products or services.
- Take care of customers and manage sales activities, both pre-sales and post-sales, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and pleasant personality with a friendly demeanor.
- Arrange products both in the storefront and backroom according to brand standards and ensure they are consistently tidy.
- Be willing to learn new things and understand various product types; be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have a service-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit; be able to work within set timelines.
- Be able to work during store hours, including weekends, holidays, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the designated time frame.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Educational qualification of at least junior high school (Grade 9 / mathayom 3) or higher.
- Good communication skills.
- Sales experience is preferred. Candidates who can speak English or Chinese will be given special consideration.
Store Manager
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the display of products to ensure they are in proper, attractive, and modern conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within the store and storefront according to company standards, ensuring continuous customer attraction.
- Coordinate with shopping malls and communicate policies, orders, and regulations to subordinates.
- Manage storefront inventory and stock levels.
- Train and supervise subordinates to ensure their work aligns with company standards.
- Achieve sales targets, report sales figures, inventory status, sales conditions, store performance, and other relevant data to management.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships and oversee the quality of customer service in line with company policies.
- Improve the performance of employees and the store to meet high standards. Prepare expense summaries and other reports as scheduled.
- Perform other related duties as assigned within the designated time frame.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Experience as a manager or assistant manager with a proven track record of good performance and integrity.
- Good appearance and personality.
- Strong maturity and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and supervise.
- Proficiency in retail inventory management software.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in English communication will be an advantage.
- Ability to work during store opening and closing hours or on shifts.
