How to collect and redeem Pacifica point?
You can use your mobile number to collect Pacifica Point when making purchases
- Every 25 baht spent on qualifying purchases will result in 1 Pacifica Point
- Every 200 points can be used to redeem a 100 baht discount
How do I check my account’s point balance?
You may check your point balance by:
- Visiting any Pacifica store

What is the expiration of Pacifica point?
- Pacifica Points will be redeemed based on a First in First out (FIFO) basis. Points gained by June 30 of the current year will expire the following year on June 30. Points gained after June 30 of the current year will expire the following year on December 31.
- Special Points given on special conditions (not from regular purchase transactions) will be redeemed before regular Pacifica Points.
What are the classes of Pacifica membership available?
If I did not inform my Pacifica membership during my purchase, Can I retrospectively claim Pacifica point?
Unfortunately, the system does not allow points to be added retrospectively so please be advised to inform store staff of your Pacifica Membership before payment.
Why do I need to present my ID card or passport during application and redemption Pacifica point?
In order to protect your privileges and benefit, the company needs verification to prevent unauthorized benefits redemption.
Where can I redeem my Pacifica point?
Standalone Shop
- To redeem your Pacifica Points, present your citizen id card or Passport to our staff.
If I already point redemption but did not use immediately, Can I return my point to my account balance?
Unfortunately, the system does not allow points to be returned, but the voucher will expire 60 days from the redemption.
