Primary Purpose of the Role :-

·         Partner with Brand Manager to plan OTB budget on seasonal basis

·         Analyze historical data, trends and product performance

·         Ensure products appear in the right store at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities

Key Responsibilities :-

·         Partner with the Brand Manager to plan product ranges and allocate to stores in order to drive sales

·         Monitor and analyze sales and stock

·         Maintain a comprehensive library of appropriate data. Handle sales statistics

·         Work closely with Visual Merchandising team to decide how products should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales

·         Produce layout plans for stores and consignments.

·         Forecast profits and sales, and optimize the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas

·         Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season

·         Analyze every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensure that bestsellers reach their full potential while recommending actions to move slow sellers

·         Gather information on customers’ reactions to products

·         analyze previous season’s sales and report on the current season’s lines

·         Conduct product training for retail staff

Knowledge and Skills Requirements :-

Qualifications and Experience :-

·         Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields

·         At least 2 years of experience in Merchandising or data analysis

·         Good command in Thai and English

·         Computer skills; MS Office (especially Excel), Internet, etc.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
To administrative support assigned brands, undertaking a range of routine day-to-day tasks as well as providing more detailed supports to individual projects and tasks assigned.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
Operations
• Conduct store visit to identify service and selling opportunities and take actions to improve staffs performance while ensuring store operations up to standard and compliance front to back of house
• Coordinate with landlords/department store on promotion activities, events and pop up stores
• Generate report on staff performance, key metrics.
• Coordinate maintenance work for both construction and IT
• Review roaster, ensure coverage while monitor cost
• Review commission and other incentives
• Coordinate with HR, Accounting, Logistic for operations relevant works
• Liaise between office and stores on promotions, initiatives, training schedule
• Recruited, interview and ,make hiring assessment
• Process new hire paperwork
• Arrange on-boarding for new hire and monitor progress and all other trainings.
• Conduct all documents from stores.
Merchandising
• Conduct store visit to identify merchandising opportunities and take actions to improve sales, VM appeal to drive traffic and sales.
• Coordinate defects processing with Operation Manager
• Gather price updates and discount to stores.
Marketing
• Propose marketing activities and work with marketing team to drive execution
• Follow up with marketing team and suppliers until completion
• Work with marketing team to unsure and maintain brand visibility through in mall media with update materials and ensure all artwork is on brand standard.

• Previous experience in retail preferred

Qualifications:

  • Thai national, age 23-30 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting Payable field.
  • Excellent in Excel and able to use SAP B1 or related program.
  • Mature, reliable and able to work under pressure

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performs day-to-day process of account payable transactions while ensuring work is performed efficiently, accurately as well as in a timely manner
  • Performs month end closing process for Accrue expense in proper period with accuracy, and ensures the cost on PL is completed
  • Preparing for Withholding tax report (PND.3, 53, 54 and PP 36), VAT Report (PP.30)
  • Verifies and reconciles vendor statements, identifies and escalates inconsistencies, and maintains outstanding in sub-ledger to agree with GL
  • Petty cash payment
