Any person with identification (Thai) or passport (tourists / expatriates).

You can register as a Pacifica member by completing the membership registration form at any Pacifica stand-alone shop 

You can update your personal information by

– Every 25 baht spent of qualifying purchases will result in 1 Pacifica Point

– Every 200 points can be used to redeem a 100 baht Pacifica Voucher

You may check your point balance by:

  • Visiting any Pacifica stand-alone shop
  • Contacting Pacifica customer service at  Tel. 0-2034-9777  (Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM)
  • Emailing crmsupport@pacifica.co.th
  • Check point balance at the bottom of your Pacifica receipt*

*Pacifica Point shown is as of yesterday. Pacifica Points earned today will be reflected in your account the following day.

Pacifica Points will be redeemed based on a First in First out (FIFO) basis. Points gained by June 30 of the current year will expire the following year on June 30. Points gained after June 30 of the current year will expire the following year on December 31.

Special Points given on special conditions (not from regular purchase transactions) will be redeemed before regular Pacifica Points.

You can use your mobile number as alias card number to collect Pacifica Point when making purchases.

Unfortunately, the system does not allow points to be added retrospectively so please be advised to inform store staff of your Pacifica Membership before payment.

In order to protect your privileges and benefit, the company needs verification to prevent unauthorized benefits redemption.

  • Standalone Shop

To redeem your Pacifica Points, present your citizen id card or Passport to our staffs.

  • Customer  Service

To redeem your Pacifica Points, email the desired redemption with the attachment of Pacifica Member Card and citizen ID card or passport to crmsupport@pacifica.co.th
